The main focus of GSS Yoga has always been the wellness of the society and our nation. Members and volunteers at GSS Yoga have time and again toiled to bring people together and work towards improving their health and fitness by organising health and wellness programmes. While some of these programmes are organised weekly, monthly and yearly, yoga classes are organised on a daily basis for the benefit of the public. These wellness events are turn out to be a success because of their relatively low cost and high impact, which helps brings in a lot of attention from the public.
